Kim Reyes, a Washington, D.C.‐based makeup artist and body painter has over 20 years experience in helping people of all genders look and feel their best. Whether you need on-location makeup, event makeup or a simple lesson in how to look more professional through makeup skills Kim can accommodate anyone!
She has participated in the Miss Adams Morgan Pageant for several years designing makeup looks and drag for attendees and has body painted at parties in DC, Baltimore and Virginia clubs. Kim has also worked on a winning float during a DC pride parade and is available for help on makeup design, head pieces and costumes.
Kim has done makeup for brides, grooms and everyone in between of every color, gender and religious denominations. She is also available for transitioning makeup looks and lessons, tattoo coverage and temporary tattoos.
Kim’s client list spans from Supreme Court justices and CEO’s to sports figures and celebrities. Her work has been published in magazines including Time, Newsweek, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, Hollywood Reporter, Design Bureau and the London Sunday Times Magazine. Kim also spent several months working with the Army in the field creating simulated war injuries for pre-deployment training. Kim’s work and expertise covers print, television, video, editorial, live events, body painting, injury simulation and SFX makeup.
