DBS – our staff are all fully vetted using Active Background Checks.
HR – we use HR Squared to keep records of all our staff with onboarding facilities and payroll function.
Training – we are currently using The Grey Matter Learning for all our accredited e-learning courses.
Rota – our staff rotas are all run by Rotaville ensuring that our staff have their schedules and know exactly where they need to be and when.
Care Management – all our customer records including support plans and risk assessments are held on the secure software logmycare. The care team use this software to record their visits and keep a detailed log of the care provided at each individual call. This software also enables family members to access their family care records.
CQC – these are the regulatory body to enable support services to provide regulated care. Libra Support Services have submitted their application to become registered and updates on this will be provided.
We are also fully insured with combined liability as an employer.
