The Junkyard, Newcastle

I am a Freelance Makeup Artist with over 5 years practical industry experience in just about every kind of Makeup that you can think of! I am a graduate of UCB, receiving a 1st Class Ba Honours in Media Makeup in 2018. During this time, I worked in the industry on Editorial, Avant Garde shoots and much more. I am also qualified as a Special Effects Artist with the skills to develop, make and apply my own hand make silicone appliances as well as pre-made ones. Furthermore, I have extended my knowledge with a Airbase Airbrush Makeup qualification and a Level 3 in Theatrical Makeup.

Since graduating, I have been published multiple times in a variety of magazines, most recently getting a front cover in 2021. In 2018, I published a collection of my own works entitled “Pervasive, Persistent, Problematic” which tackled the stigma behind personality disorders and mental illness. Later on in my career, I have worked with companies such as Disturbia for their online collections, and also with smaller independent brands such as Broke Boutique and Virginia The Wolf. In 2022, I placed 2nd at the Pro Beauty London Tradeshow for their AW22 brief competition, and I am a finalist for the Hair and Beauty Awards 2023.

I travel throughout the UK for a variety of private client bookings, too! From Weddings and Pageants as well as one off looks for every event, party, day out and much more! I offer a booking and service for every possible event. I take a great amount of pride in my work and I am very passionate about my work and clients. My work means everything to me and I never switch off.

I’m always happy to answer any questions or queries that you may have, so please feel free to contact me! I am proudly LGBTQ+ and both myself and my business are a safe space for all ????
