Way back before she opened salon élan vital (and before I transitioned) I would go to her at a different location for waxing and manicures. When she opened élan vital I immediately followed her. I went to her for all my laser hair reduction treatments as well as mani/pedis. I still do. I always will. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else.
Not only is she highly skilled (as is everyone else at élan vital) but her open heart and easy, caring manner were important factors in my transition. She embraced my journey without hesitation.
Spending time at élan vital is always an affirming experience and a frequent source of gender euphoria. That was especially true during the earlier days of my transition. It’s really a wonderful place and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
