We’re always here to help our transgender members, regardless of where you are in your transition. We understand how important exercise is for our physical and mental health and you will be welcome into our women’s fitness studio with open arms. We also understand that you may not be ready to exercise with other women so we have Personal Trainers that can work with you one on one or you can even join us from the comfort of your own home via zoom until you feel ready to join one of our in studio group fitness sessions.





  • COREfit

    We have designed this class to perfectly complement our other classes here at #teamtash. COREfit is a 30 minute class that will incorporate engage and challenge your core. This class is designed for ALL fitness levels. The core isn’t just our abs and obliques, it’s also our back muscles, muscles around your pelvis and your gultes. A strong  core is key and will help with everything you do! This class is perfect to do from the comfort of your lounge just pick

  • BOXfit

    A two-for-one cardio and strength class- boxing targets the entire body, In addition to boosting strength and cardiorespiratory fitness, boxing is incredibly taxing on the core and improves a number of skill-related parameters of fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility. BOXfit is high intensity and not only helps to strengthen and tone your muscles, but it's also a great stress release and it burns around 400 calories a class. This is a 30 min class. A good level of fitness is required for this class. 


    his 45 minute class is more like a small group pt. Our focus is pure strength, this class  is designed to  Strengthen, tone, shape and condition your whole  body. Having some Equipment like Dumbbells/KB is recommended if doing from home just chose our virtual option. 

  • BODYfit

    THIS 30 minute body weight high intensity class, will increase your fitness safely and quickly. This is suitable for all the family from 12 up and all fitness levels will be catered for. Every session throughout the week is different. This class is perfect to do from the comfort of your lounge just pick our virtual option.
