Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Sound, all help us connect to ourselves. The most important part of the experience is the individuals. Every single person in the room will get something different from a class, and that is a beauty of it. Meditative pracitces help to wire the mind towards healthy thought patterns, and the postures help to release tension and build strength.
