Transgender and non-binary people are always welcome at Tone & Medium. Your pronouns and identity, regardless of where you’re at in your transition will always be respected.
It is policy at Tone & Medium that all customers can use any of our facilities, regardless of their gender presentation.
Because I, and everyone working in the facility understand you might feel uncomfortable having services performed in the open, all of the suites are private and your visit will be one on one with the exception of the waiting area.
