At Wallace Running we believe running is more than moving your feet faster. It is about challenging yourself. It is about finding yourself and what you are capable of. Ken Chlouber the founder of Leadville 100 said it best, “You are better than you think you are. You can do more than you think you can.”

Wallace Running will craft an individual training plan to help you achieve your personal running goals. Training can be in-person or remotely. We have helped people improve a personal record at a 5k, qualify for Boston, to running a fifty mile ultra marathon.



  • Tier 2

    An individualized plan is drafted in bi-weekly blocks. I continuously monitor your progress through out the month adjusting your plan to stay current with your progress. ​ Throughout the month is an open dialog to continuously support and provide feedback.

  • Tier 1

    An individualized plan is drafted in monthly blocks. At the end of the month we will discuss your progress over the past month and then the following month's plan will be developed. ​ I am available for questions and feedback during the month.
