I am a specialist cognitive behaviour therapist based in east London. And whilst my office is in London, with online video sessions I can see you wherever you might be in the world. I offer help to individuals and couples who are struggling with a range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, anger and low self-esteem. I will work with you to address any negative thoughts, redefine any self-defeating beliefs, and help you develop behaviours more in line with the way you want to be.
