Online yoga classes with me offer you a supportive space in which to move your body in a way that works for you, and to connect with the full depth and breadth of your breath. I teach regular weekly classes via zoom and invite you to express yourself in your own way. We learn, through practice, when a bit of a challenge would be useful, and when being gentle is what’s required. Through wobbling, toppling, and some laughs along the way, we seek balance in body and mind.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga, or have been practising for years, you are welcome. My weekly schedule can be found on my website under the Public Classes tab. I also offer private online classes for individuals or small groups – contact me to have a chat about your ideas / requirements.
