With three unique event venues set in the heart of downtown Denver’s Theatre District, the Denver Center for the Performing Arts has been setting the stage for inspired events and spectacular affairs since 1998. The goal is clear – to create a memorable experience, from the planner to the guest. Finding inspiration in their theatrical roots, the professional onsite designers, event managers and technical staff work collaboratively to bring events to life with an ease that comes from experience and genuine care for the final production. Plus, guests can select from one of six preferred caterers — Biscuits & Berries, Catering by Design, Epicurean Culinary Group, Occasions Catering, Serendipity Catering and Sodexo.
Shakespearian-themed nuptials, floating DJs, aerial dancers, multimedia spectacles – no vision is too extravagant and no idea too fanciful at the Seawell Ballroom. The 120 years of combined event experience, paired with the production value, equate to a planning experience that is unrivaled in the Denver area. The ability to customize the room with LED lighting, Line Array sound and High Definition video adds drama and sets the tone for every event. Groups of 100 to 950.
The Directors Room is the newest event space and boasts 2,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The design is classic with a hint of modern – with warm and inviting finishes. Natural light flows in from the veranda offering a view of the Rocky Mountains, universities and more. Groups of 10 to 200.
With soaring glass ceilings and a modern design, the Bonfils lobby is a stunning space for a pre-show gathering or a grand evening reception. While the space is home to DCPA Theatre Company performances from fall to spring, the Bonfils lobby is often available during summer months and in between performance schedules. Groups of 50 to 700.
