Hello fabulous!!! My name is Heather Moore. I am an artist that is passionate about my work and I’m always eager to learn. Being an Arizona native, I attended NAU and ASU to eventually earn my masters degree in Education. Hence my passions for learning and always keeping up with the newest and best techniques in the industry. I started my career by making sure I was knowledgeable about skin care. I did this by becoming a Certified Esthetician before training to become a 5X Certified Permanent Makeup Artist. I have attended conferences, trainings, became a Licensed Laser Tech and Paramedical Tattoo Artist. Knowledge and proper training are extremely important in this industry. I hope to one day be able to pass on my knowledge, not only to help inspiring artists but also to make the experience for clients knowledgeable and safe! I can’t wait to meet you and help you fell as amazing on the outside as you are on the inside!

Master Permanent Makeup Artist 

Hello Gorgeous! My name is Megan Leonetti. I was a Master Body Piercer for over 14 years, owning 2 different tattoo shops. I decided a little over 6 years ago to start learning permanent makeup, so I started by getting certified in SofTap for microblading, microshading and lash line enhancements. I then added in tattoo removal and Lip Blush. I am obsessed with learning different techniques so I went full force and started learning everything I can about machine Powder/Ombre Brows. I’m 9x certified, and always seeking out additional training to be able to provide you with the beautiful brows you’ve always wanted.
