Permanent makeup artists Angela and Elsa met at an industry convention in 2015. A few years later they married and expanded their individual studios into Flawless Permanent Cosmetics and Spa in Staten Island, NY.  (Elsa also kept her Chicago location and services clients there once a month).

As victims of childhood facial scars, Angela and Elsa know how detrimental they can be to self confidence.  As members of the LGBTQ+ community, they also know how certain scars are a constant reminder of fear, pain, violence  and memories best left in the past…It is this deep understanding that gives Angela and Elsa their passion for helping minimize and diminish those scars, improve skin tone and texture, and help enhance masculine and feminine features-to help give LGBTQ+ persons the confidence to live proudly.

Angela and Elsa are proud to be LGBTQ+ business owners and provide a safe, judgement free space where everyone can feel safe, welcome and confident.

Scars and surgeries must be at least 1 year old to be worked on. Consultations are free. Permanent cosmetics and micro needling services must be 18+
