How we’re supporting our transgender and non-binary customers

We’re always here to help our transgender and non-binary customers, regardless of where you are in your transition. There’s a wide range of practical support on offer at FOXIE, including:

Appointments with our stylists to help you put together your first beauty routine, decide on your new look – with some appointments available out-of-hours if you’d find it more relaxing to have your appointments this way.
Help and advice on what would look good on you, and organising a payment plan to help you achieve the look of your dreams! We know how expensive  it can be to completely overhaul your look, and we’ve got your back.

To reassure you:

Transgender and non-binary people are always welcome at FOXIE, and all of our staff have been trained to respect your pronouns and identity, regardless of where you’re at in your transition
It is our policy that all customers can use the restroom, regardless of their gender presentation.
Because we understand you might still feel uncomfortable using the salon at busy times, we have a policy where you can request quiet times, to go into private rooms or come in out of hours.

We want every single person who enters our salon to feel relaxed, and like they belong there just as much as the next person! ????
