Jess is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and biomechanics trainer specialising in functional movement and getting people feeling comfortable and confident in their own bodies. Jess prides herself on ensuring that her yoga, fitness and well-being spaces are inclusive and judgement free.
Jess provides online yoga classes and courses via Zoom that are personal, yet give you the chance to have your own personal space and to practise yoga in the comfort of your own home. Choose from yin yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, meditation and more.
Personal Training with Jess is tailored to the needs of each individual client and using biomechanics training, each programme is designed to ensure optimum function in the body in alignment with the clients goals. Choose from individual sessions or bespoke packages.
