At Kuna Fit, we help clients at every stage of their fitness journey. As an LGBTQ+ owned business, we are committed to creating a safe space for every client to achieve their health & wellness goals. We offer services across the United States!

Kuna Fit offers personalized fitness & nutrition programs that are custom-created just for you. Our coaches have transgender-related fitness education, with an understanding of your body, hormones, and stages of your social/medical transition.

We believe everyone should have access to wellness services, and we offer virtual coaching everywhere. We’ll pair you with the right coach for you, who can create a program to follow, or provide 1:1 virtual video training to provide education, motivation and accountability. They’ll address any questions, concerns, and provide guidance to maximize the engagement of your exercise program.

To improve your relationship with food, we also provide nutrition coaching. We’re focused on providing education throughout the program, breaking down information so that it’s easy to understand and learn. We’ll work with you to assess where you are today, where you’d like to be, and the path we recommend to achieve your goals.
