Welcome to Love Your Body Fitness, where everyone belongs!  We will help you put your health and fitness at the top of the priority list!  We specialize in Moms and Busy People and will help you find the time to feel the very best!  You deserve to live a long, fit, healthy life!

Services:  Personal Training, Group Classes, Corporate Fitness, Parties (that’s right-we’ll help you celebrate birthdays and bachelorettes and anything else that needs celebrating!).  All of our services are available online or in-person (when the gyms are not closed due to COVID-19).

How we are supporting our Transgender and Non-Binary customers:  At LYB we simply love people.  Several members of our team are in the LGBTQ community and I am the stepmother of a beautiful Trans Daughter and we have trans clients.  It is important to all of us that all people feel welcome and cared for at LYB.  We don’t have change rooms – just 2 individual bathrooms and we are a loving bunch!  We are also very open to feedback – so if there is anything we can do to make you feel more welcome – please ask!
