Origin provides a welcoming space where folks can begin a journey of self-discovery and exploration through sustainable and functional fitness modalities. Every single class offered is designed to be accessible to every body. Each class is a full-body workout that is high intensity but low-impact, making it safe, challenging, and effective. Trauma-informed care is an integral part of Origin’s teaching methodology, and classes are small, with plenty of personalized attention from a highly trained and passionate instructor. Mindfulness and breath are incorporated, teaching us how to cultivate the strength, stamina and focus necessary to be fully present in life, on and off of the mat.
Transformative Functional Fitness is a practice of precision, focused intensity and mind-body connection, essential components that lead to confidence and optimal results, both on the mat and in everyday life.
Educational and Inspirational Exercise builds stability, strength and mobility in the body, reduces stress and enhances our quality of life.
Purposeful Practice empowers us to honor our limitations and challenges us to grow. Through humility and a dedication to continuous personal growth, we learn to create peace within ourselves, which radiates peacefulness to our greater community and world.
Sacred Safe Space is created through trauma informed teaching modalities, and our intimate sized classes, which allow for a more personalized and non-intimidating experience.
Inspired Community Spirit recognizing that together we inspire, provide support and accountability for our personal and collective journey of self-exploration though intentional movement (exercise). We live intentionally, from a place of respect, integrity, compassion and honesty; we live a RICH life.
We offer daily Yoga, Barre Fitness, Pilates and Functional Training classes. We have a small studio for in person classes, and also offer on demand and live-streamed classes. In the warmer months, we take our classes outdoors to local parks. Nicole also offers personal training and semi-private/small group classes and events. HeartMath is a unique system of rigorous scientific research validated techniques and programs for people interested in personal development and improved emotional, mental and physical health. HeartMath techniques are based on over 25 years of scientific research conducted at the HeartMath Institute on the psychophysiology of stress, emotions, and the interactions between the heart and the brain. Nicole provides powerful, research based tools to help folks cultivate life long wellbeing by reducing stress, developing healthy mental habits, and prioritizing self-care.
