If/when you need fingerprints in order to complete a Petition for Name Change, please do visit us– we will make it a friendly and comfortable experience for you!  By the same token, we might even be able to help you with a new ID card that reflects your true essence and identity.  Apart from those special services, you can count on us for Passport and Visa photography; Fingerprinting (on FD-258 and SF-87 cards, which we provide for free) for employment, security and background checks; and help in filling out certain US Immigration forms.  We have been in the famous Rosa Photo + Fingerprint Van for 30 years, parked at the corner of 16th and Callowhill, in Phila PA 19130.  We take cash, Venmo and CashApp–sorry no plastic.
