Our goal is to facilitate the changes that will make you the fittest version of yourself. We are a community of individuals who are serious about improving their health and resilience. At Solace New York you can train 24/7 on your own, with friends, or under the watchful eye of a coach. Our equipment offerings are diverse and include rowers, bikes, ski ergs, rings, barbells, dumbbells kettlebells, prowlers, medicine balls and more.

Solace is LGBTQ+ owned and committed to supporting our transgender and non-binary customers. Our lockers rooms, although built out to be binary years ago, have been reassigned to She/They and He/They; all customers are able to use whichever locker room best fits their gender identity. In addition to individual toilet stalls in each locker room, there is also a large individually locked stall in each locker room that offers a shower, sink, and ample room for changing should you desire more privacy. All staff at Solace have been trained to respect your pronouns and identity, regardless of where you are in your transition. Finally, our commitment to inclusivity is highlighted on our website, on signs posted around our facility and written into a code of conduct agreement that all members and visitors must accept before using our facility.
