I offer holistic mind-body and Energy Healing sessions in person or at a distance to help you access your deepest physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

In our work together, we open up a dialogue with your higher self, which then directs the process.  This ensures that you get what you need most in every session, and puts you on a path to attaining your soul’s highest expression.

I utilize techniques from Eden Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology (EFT and Matrix Reimprinting), Mindfulness, Coaching, and more, to assist and guide you to your own answers and your deepest healing.   I am an Eden Energy Advanced Practitioner, a Certified Transformational Life Coach, and Meditation Teacher trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.  I offer sessions in Energy Medicine, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting and blend them as needed.
