Thank you for visiting my page, I’m delighted to be able to offer you my help.  As a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Advanced Psychotherapist and Counsellor I offer a service that is unique to each individual I work with, where together we can address any concerns or issues you may have.  With over 12 years experience in the field of psychotherapy and 17 years working in Holistic Therapies, I am able to offer you the care, confidentiality and results you deserve.

The therapies I utilise focus on the relationship between the mind and body, and by using how our behaviours, thoughts and feelings are all inter-connected, I am able to tailor a therapy using the most up to date, cutting edge methodologies available.

As well as Hypnotherapy, I also offer BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy), Counselling, NLP, Analytical Hypnotherapy, Generalised Anxiety Disorder Therapy (Advanced) and Reiki.
