Formerly called Pastille Beauty Bar, we’re an eco-conscious, cruelty free and vegan Beauty Salon in the heart of Leeds. We’re a stone’s throw from Leeds Train Station and have clients from all over the country visit for their manicures, pedicures and brow treatments!

Our team are all skilled nail artists and we pride ourselves on our nail art abilities. Check out our Instagram for inspiration and to see their expertise in practise. Our focus is on the health of your nails so we don’t do extensions, preferring to promote the growth of your natural nails by improving their health and strength. We even launched our own line of refillable ethical and organic nail oils to keep your nails healthy between appointments!

We use vegan Gel and nail polish brands and are constantly hunting for ethical alternatives to typical beauty salon equipment. We want to be a part of the global movement to reduce waste and reduce the carbon footprint of the beauty industry as we know it.

Our friendly Beauty Therapists are freelance, which gives us the space to support and nurture our team, allowing them to completely take ownership over their work, progress in their careers and build their own businesses.

How we’re supporting our transgender and non-binary customers:

We’re committed to making the beauty industry a more open and friendly environment, and it starts with us in the salon. It’s our job to make our clients comfortable by being available to answer any questions, helping you book the appointment you need, letting you know what your treatment will entail, being mindful of any extra requirements, and giving a warm welcome when you arrive for your appointment with us. This has already led to us welcoming a diverse clientele, so joining TransFriendly is a natural step for us to take.
