When talk therapy just isn’t cutting it, or is feeling too raw, I offer relaxing sessions where you can just lay back and relax.

Talk or not, your choice. Either way, I will just create a space for you to receive more clarity, ease and joy whilst encouraging your innate energy flows to release any held energetic blocks, limiting beliefs, emotions, trauma patterns, mind-chatter, and habits that are past their use-by date.

 

Choose from distance sessions over zoom or whatsapp, OR in-person sessions in clinic in Victoria Point, Queensland.

Sessions offered include relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage massage, energetic facelift, access bars, reiki, pellowah and more!
