Watermelon Tattoo is a family run Tattoo Studio in Edinburgh formed in 2018 by partners Noemi Sorrentino and Sandie Tweedie. Noemi is a very popular and world-renowned tattoo artist. She excels in traditional, neotraditional and linework tattoos though many people come to her for her unique watercolour style. Sandie is responsible for the overall management and day to day duties of running the studio. We host many guest artists over the course of the year from all over the world, specialising in various styles.

We have established ourselves as an inclusive space for anyone wishing to get tattooed, from first timers to veterans.

During our research, prior to opening, we found that many individuals can find approaching tattoo studios and getting a tattoo an intimidating experience. In light of this, and our own personalities, we have created a safe and invited environment. Our main ethos is having respect and patience for each customer; from initial enquiry to aftercare, we make tailor the tattoo experience to the individual.
