Welcome to Willow Tree Yoga, a beautiful little yoga studio in the heart of Rockland County NY, set on a magical property graced by the enchanted Grandmother Willow.  At Willow Tree Yoga, EVERY BODY is WELCOME, regardless of shape, size, color, orientation… for we live the truth that We Are One.  We work to connect mind, body, breath and soul, and we strive to meet everyone exactly where they are in any given moment, finding modifications for poses to allow each student to find their own expression of the pose in a manner that is safe and accessible to their ability and needs.  We also strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels, and IS, truly WELCOME.  We also have an online store of yoga themed gifts that celebrate all people in their yoga practice.  If you are in the Rockland County area, please come check us out.  We’d love to welcome you!
