Welcome to Willow Tree Yoga, a beautiful little yoga studio in the heart of Rockland County NY (35 minutes north of Manhattan).  Located on a beautiful, private 2 acre property with a stream, a pond and graced by the magical Grandmother Willow, at Willow Tree Yoga, everyone is truly WELCOME, regardless of shape, size, color, ability, orientation.  We honor the truth that We Are One.  In our classes, we strive to help you connect mind, body and spirit, finding tools to better connect with your inner truth and to better hear your own inner knowing.  We guide you to modify any pose that does not feel accessible for you, by using props and variations that allow your body to find it’s best expression of each pose in a manner that is safe and doable for where you are on any given day.  We strive to create a noncompetitive, nonjudgemental and supportive community where EVERY BODY feels safe and welcome.  If you are in the area, please check us out.  We can’t wait to welcome you!
