YogOdyssey is the only yoga studio in the Finger Lakes region solely focused on providing 90-minute Original Hot Yoga (Bikram method or 26&2) classes.  Everyone and anyone can do this yoga!  The beauty of the yoga is that it meets you, wherever you are physically or mentally. Truly all are welcome here.

Our studio has a professionally-designed hot room, two gender-neutral bathrooms (one with a shower), and 5 spacious changing rooms, all of which are gender-neutral.  We are open daily and have a variety of class times during the week to fit your schedule.
